Alicia's journey began with a challenging childhood marked by anxiety, low self-esteem, and feelings of unworthiness due to the emotional hardships she faced. The absence of her father and the struggles her mother endured left Alicia with lingering pain and trauma that would take years to heal.

Rather than succumbing to these difficulties, Alicia transformed her pain into purpose. She channeled her love for learning and her desire to help others into her academic pursuits, becoming the first in her family to attend and graduate from college. With both a bachelor's and a master's degree, Alicia overcame her challenges and laid the foundation for a career dedicated to helping others do the same.
